Senator Olson moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                                                
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 25 "An Act relating to the state                                                                   
budget and to planning and reports regarding state finances and                                                                 
operations; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it
